Now I build the tools I wish I had.
I spent two decades in the music industry -- co-founding Australia's largest independent music media site, working with Modular Records (Tame Impala, The Avalanches), running international festivals across the UK, Iceland, Barcelona, and Japan, and most recently operating Club 77 in Sydney.
Through all of it, I saw the same problem everywhere: teams drowning in admin. Booking confirmations lost in email threads. Invoices created by hand from spreadsheets. Reporting that ate a day a week. Operations held together by people doing work software should do.
Projekt AI exists to fix that. I work as an embedded AI operator: I build and run the production AI and automation systems that take operations off a team's plate -- booking, invoicing, content, reporting -- measured in time and money saved. The music background is where I learned how operations actually break.
